"What Mr. Hungsby? What could possibly cause you to stumble down the hall like a complete idiot?" said the doctor as he raised his flask for another sip of the brandy he is famous for carrying around.
"We've done it!" exclaimed Hungsby as he jumped up and down like a little girl skipping rope.
"No." said Langsford in complete disbelief.
"Yes! We are having our Spartan-II's test it out as we speak!"
"Wheel me there at once!" said Dr. Langsford since he was crippled at the age of five from a terrible accident his dad's government issue Assault Rifle MA37.
They traveled down the hallways with unbelievable speed until they made it to the testing arena for the government weapons base, Area M.
"Are you ready, sir?"
"Only since the beginning of my life on Reach."
They walked in to the room to find that their wildest dreams had come true.
The Covenant will lose the war. There will be no more need for rebellions. We can stop abducting kids at the age of seven.
Spartans could now ride Moa.
"Who know what tactical advances this will have for us!" said Dr. Langsford.
"One can only imagine, sir." agreed Mr. Hungsby as he began to dream of him riding Moa around Reach stomping out the Covenant.
"Dr. Langsford, I am Commander Loki SPARTAN-139, current leader of Team Zulu. We are here testing out your new moa riding technology, sir." he then saluted with his back straight with almost no apparent emotion in his eyes.
"Okay Commander, what purposes do these Moa have?" asked the Doctor
"Sir, they are to be used in recon operations and frontal assaults, sir."
"Yes Commander those are the general options but as you know, I'm not a 'general' kind of guy." he said with a grin slowly spreading across his features.
"Sir, what other options do you have in mind, sir?"
"How about we see if an old cripple can use his own technology." he said making his way towards the testing gates, "Oh and Commander, at ease."
Commander Loki immediately slumped over.
